Work dinner at McMenamins in Portland. Tried the Ale Sampler. Very tasty indeed! I ended up bringing Josh home a 2 Quart jar of the seasonal brew: Kris Kringle. Its one of the biggest mason jars I have ever seen - can't wait to store ribbon in it!!

November 4th

SCORE!! Colleen and Mary Beth spent last week cleaning out my Grandparents basement and this was all hand selected for me. The afgan was crocheted by my great grandmother, the flag (which only has 48 stars) was my grandfathers, and the pillow up front was the first piece I ever hooked and I had given to my grandmother. The GTE truck up front was mine - I used to pretend it was my dads own truck and drive it around the house saying "Dads Truck..." over and over. Ah, the memories... Thanks MB and Colleen!!
